How to Claim Your Business Listing on Metro ATL Directory

If you run a business in Metro Atlanta, there's a good chance you're already in our directory — you just haven't claimed it yet. An unclaimed listing still shows up in search, but you don't control what it says. Let's fix that.

Here's the move: claim your listing, lock down your details, and make sure the version of your business customers see is the one you'd want them to. It takes about 90 seconds and costs nothing.

Step 1: Find your listing

Use the search bar at the top of the homepage and type your business name. If you appear with an UNCLAIMED badge, that's your listing waiting for you. Don't see yourself? You can still add your business from the claim page — new listings are free too.

Step 2: Hit "Claim This Listing"

On your listing page you'll see a Claim This Listing button. Click it and you'll land on a short form. We ask for your name, the business name, your email, and a phone number so we can confirm you're the real owner. No credit card, no contract.

Step 3: Verify the details that win customers

Once you claim, audit every field like a customer would read it:

• Phone & email — the number one reason listings lose leads is a wrong or missing phone number.
• City & ZIP — this is how we match you to nearby searchers across Metro ATL.
• Category — make sure you're in the right one so the right people find you.
• Description — lead with what you do and where you do it.

Step 4: Make it work harder

A claimed listing is the floor, not the ceiling. Add your real hours, respond to inquiries quickly, and ask three happy customers this week to mention you. Featured listings get roughly 8x the views of a bare one — but even a complete free listing beats an empty placeholder every single day.
